Payment Methods
Payments can be made using your credit card with VISA, Mastercard or personal debit card through the secure online system of Stripe.

Click and Collect
You can purchase online and collect it from our Broadview store, between; 10am and 12 midnight. Our address is 623 Regency Road Broadview SA 5083. We will email when your order is ready for collection. When picking up your order please have your name or Order number ready, along with Photo Identification that shows your billing or shipping address entered at checkout. We will only release the items once identification has been authorised.

Delivery
Your order will be sent by Australia Post. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. Items will be packaged as privately as viable and marked from “NBNAB Pty Ltd”. We will email you to let you know when your order has been shipped. If your order cannot be delivered for any reason it will be kept at the nearest post office. If it needs to be resent out to you it may incur an additional delivery charge.

If the product is found to be defective or failed we will replace it with an equivalent product, if unavailable there will be an offer of the option of store credit to the value of the original product.

All defective or failed products must be approved by Naughty but Nice Adult Boutique within 7 Days of receiving the product. Before returning it contact us first to discuss the issue. If you have not contacted us within 7 days of receipt we may not accept the complaint.

All products approved for return must have all original packaging and accessories and must not have been used. 

DO NOT SEND USED PRODUCTS. 

No credit will be given if products have been used.

Any returned product will be at the buyer’s expense but any replacement product will be at the expense of Naughty but Nice Adult Boutique under normal delivery conditions, unless you would like to pick-up from the Broadview store.

The item must be faulty and still have the original packaging, all tags, accessories and not be tainted, marked, modified in any way or cleaned.

Please choose carefully as Naughty but Nice Adult Boutique does not offer a money-back guarantee. We will not replace any product if you change your mind for any reason, for neglect or misuse of products. All purchases are final unless defective or broken.

We comprehensively review our products and ensure they are brand new and in good working order before leaving the store.
